Suwon Theatre Festival

This street physical theater based on a suitcase and a bench symbolically expresses anxiety of the future and precarious emotions of the reality felt by today’s youth. Moreover, it dramatically describes their constant indecisiveness at the crossroads of choice but without giving up hope. The strangers called youth left in the middle of an unfamiliar city. The fierce body gestures of those who are with dilemma of choice…

I MOMENT is a group formed by 3 artists from different backgrounds of physical theater, contemporary dance and traditional Korean theater. They try approaches to a variety of genres such as street theaters, dance, site-specific theaters and circus. They are highly interested in reversing the routine by calling out attention with a number of aspects of our memories based on objects and body gestures through body movement.
