우화관과 낙남헌의 경계를 이루는 17칸의 행각이다. 이 중 우화관 담장과 연결된 11칸은 행궁과 화성을 지키는 별무사(別武士)와 수첩군관(守堞軍官)의 숙소로 사용되었다.

낙남헌 동행각은 본래 단청이 없는 건물이다. 조선 시대 관아는 객사와 주요 문루에만 단청하는 것이 일반적이다. 화성행궁 역시 봉수당으로 향하는 문과 문루, 낙남헌과 노래당, 미로한정, 우화관 등 일부에만 단청이 있었다.

Eastern Corridor of Nangnamheon Hall

This corridor building located to the east of Nangnamheon Hall was built in 1794 to separate the quarters of Nangnamheon Hall and Uhwagwan Guesthouse. It also served as a residence for military officials who guarded the temporary palace and Hwaseong Fortress.

The current building was built anew in 2023. As auxiliary buildings were not traditionally painted with colorful patterns, it was left in its natural color.
