    The Suwon Hwaseong Cultural Festival is an annual historical culture and tourism festival held at the Suwon Hwaseong Fortress, which was constructed based on the dream of the state’s prosperity and piety of King Sejong. For its 60th anniversary this year, the Suwon Hwaseong Cultural Festival will be made citizen-driven and participatory under the theme of "Suwon Dongnak (a festival made by Suwon citizens, enjoyed by everyone)" to offer richer culture & art content.
