“Saebit Dongrak: Suwon Hwaseong Blossoming in Light”

Saebit Dongrak: Suwon Hwaseong Blossoming in Light is a nighttime media art festival newly presented in 2026.
Inspired by the shimmering colors of mother-of-pearl and the message of coexistence, the festival transforms the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Suwon Hwaseong, into a spectacular display of light and art.
Through large-scale media art installations, immersive visual experiences, and illuminated landscapes, visitors can explore the historic fortress in a new and captivating way.
