The 2019 “Artrium Cinema” will get under way for two days between July 5 and July 6. This year, the program will screen “Midnight in Paris,” a film that takes you back to the 1920s and gives you a chance to meet famous early 20th century artists, and “Woman in Gold,” a film that tells the true story hidden behind the fabulous painting by the renowned painter Klimt. “Midnight in Paris” (scheduled for July 5), directed by Woody Allen, travels through time and explores art. It is part of Allen’s “City” series of films. “Woman in Gold” (scheduled for July 6) depicts the real story behind world-famous painter Klimt and one of his best-known paintings. It will reveal the secrets and touching story behind Klimt and his painting, “Woman in Gold.”
